The hotel and amenities were comfortable, and the natural surroundings were beautiful, and the location was excellent for enjoying the forest trails and Nijmegen. However we had been expecting an experience more characterized by a ‘country estate,’ e.g., somewhat homey, smaller scale, a generally warmer feel. Guests should be aware that only a small (and apparently inaccessible) part of the hotel consists of the historical estate, and the largest part of the hotel is a large, modern structure, no different from any corporate hotel in a large city. Again, perfectly comfortable but not quite what was expected.

Fijn hotel, fijn restaurant.

Nice ans easy to arrange a trip

Prima hotel

It is marketed as a hotel, but that is not the case. The rooms are in small cottages; it was hot, and there was no air conditioning. It felt misleading. That said, the staff are very nice.
